Recently we had a box truck load request involving a liftgate and the hands-on services of the driver. We were asked to take our box truck, load it with furniture and other things that were going to go into a store. Then the driver was asked to help download it with the liftgate onto the ground. We were to use a pallet jack that allowed us to move the pallets. And help assist in unloading all the pallets of products, furniture, and other items into the store directly.
One thing that StoneBridge Trucking prides itself on doing is always trying to get the job done. Importantly, we always let the customer know we are not a moving company; we are a trucking company. StoneBridge drivers are always equipped and prepared to do their best to get the job done to their physical capabilities. In this instance, it was a great run for not only us but for the clients. We picked up the freight in Louisville, Kentucky, and successfully delivered it to Pittsburgh.
Upon arrival, we used our lift gate to offload the truck directly to the site by utilizing our pallet jack to assist those on the site to get the actual equipment to the area needed. Once again, StoneBridge Expediting and Small Load Trucking is something we pride ourselves in doing to the best of our ability. We will always try to get the job done. With our liftgate, our winch system, and our pallet jacks, we can do it in different circumstances.
