A close client of ours recently had a load that needed picked up in a cargo van and delivered directly to them from Kentucky back to Indiana. At the time, we had a box truck in the area, even though they requested a cargo van. When we arrived to pick up our customer’s freight, they knew we had a box truck on-site rather than a cargo van. They had more freight needing shipped, and they ended up loading eight pallets onto our box truck, after initially requesting a cargo van.
At Stonebridge Trucking, we always take care of the customers who take care of us. Therefore, we adjusted the course and hauled the entire shipment back.
At Stonebridge Expediting and Small Load Trucking, it is important to us that in instances just like this, that we make sure we take care of the customers always, consistently, throughout the years they’ve taken care of us. We’re always happy to do the job. In this instance, our customer got an excellent deal, and we were more than happy to do it.
