With each client and delivery comes different needs. The first step in the process is finding out, from the customer, what type of truck is required and what is being delivered.
For example, a customer asks if we have a box truck available for dedicated shipping of five pallets from Location A to Location B, weighing approximately X-thousand pounds. This allows us to completely customize the quote and dedicated delivery specifically for our clients’ needs.
Step 2: Receive Your Quote
StoneBridge Trucking customizes a quote specifically based on the clients’ specifications, and sends to you as quickly as possible. This allows for a seamless understanding of the services and once accepted, we can begin getting to work on your dedicated shipping process.
Step 3: Schedule Your Driver
Once your needs are understood and a contract is agreed upon, we will hand select a driver specifically for the type of truck and delivery you need, notifying them off the specified pickup and drop off times.
Step 4: Dispatch
It’s ready to roll! Upon communicating with the specified driver, we communicate directly with the customer to keep them up-to-date on location and an estimated time of delivery. The level of communications depends entirely on the urgency of the load.
Step 5: Successful Delivery
Once our dedicated shipping delivery is successful, StoneBridge Dispatch contacts the shipper directly to notify them of the successful delivery of their specific load.
